These Terms govern your use of ZEPO. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What ZEPO provides

ZEPO is a browser-game discovery and publishing site. It organizes links to and embeds of games supplied by third-party developers, publishers, and distribution platforms. ZEPO may also publish editorial guides, categories, recommendations, and other discovery features.

Third-party games

Games may be hosted, delivered, updated, monetized, or removed by third parties. Individual games, artwork, trademarks, music, code, and other assets remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. Inclusion on ZEPO does not transfer ownership of that material to ZEPO.

Third-party games can have their own terms, privacy practices, age ratings, advertising, links, and technical requirements. You are responsible for deciding whether a particular game is appropriate for you or a younger user under your supervision.

Advertising

ZEPO is supported in part by advertising and revenue-sharing game embeds. Advertising may be delivered or measured by third-party providers. We do not guarantee the content, availability, suitability, or accuracy of third-party advertisements.

General audience and younger users

ZEPO is intended for a general audience. If you are below the age at which you can agree to online terms in your jurisdiction, you should use ZEPO only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Acceptable use

You may not use ZEPO to interfere with the site or its providers, bypass technical restrictions, generate fraudulent or automated ad traffic, scrape or overload the service in an abusive manner, introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Copyright and rights-holder requests

ZEPO aims to publish games and assets supplied through authorized distribution channels. If you believe content on ZEPO infringes rights you own or control, send a clear notice through ZEPO's published contact channel identifying the work, the ZEPO URL, the nature of your claim, and information reasonably sufficient to evaluate the request. We may remove or disable access to disputed content while a request is reviewed.

Availability and changes

Games and site features can change, stop working, or disappear without notice. We may add, remove, reclassify, or update games, guides, links, categories, or site features at any time.

No warranty

ZEPO is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every browser, device, network, keyboard layout, or third-party game.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZEPO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the site or third-party games. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Third-party links

ZEPO may link to external websites. A link does not mean ZEPO controls or endorses the external site, and use of that site is subject to its own terms and policies.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec, Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the law of your place of residence.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as ZEPO changes. The current version and update date will be published on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from the effective date, subject to applicable law.
